Returns

All products purchased from the RAM® website can be returned within 30 days of purchase with no restocking fee (RAM® Mounts does not provide return shipping labels). After the 30 day grace period, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Products purchased more than a year ago will not be accepted. If purchased from a vendor or reseller besides RAM®, please coordinate your return with that vendor. (Not sure if you’re in the right place? Call 0208 894 1234 for more information).

If your mount is new and unopened and within the 30 day purchase window, please still complete the RMA form below. RAM® mounting components are covered by a limited lifetime warranty, and electronic products are covered by a one to three year warranty. Click here for further information on our waranty policy.

REQUIREMENT FOR RETURNING A PRODUCT TO RAM

Please ensure that you complete the RMA form below prior to returning any products to us. This must be done whether you are returning the product within the 30 day window, or if there is an issue with the product inside or outside of the 30 day window.

PREPARING YOUR RETURN

Before you begin the return process, make sure the product you plan to return is in new, resellable condition. Damaged products cannot be returned. RAM® Mounts accepts returns of full mounting systems or individual components. If any component is used, fully assembled, altered, or otherwise not suitable for resale, we cannot accept the component for return. If all product components are in sellable condition, a refund is granted in the amount of the product’s listed price. Shipping charges are not refunded.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Once you have completed the RMA form below and are preparing the return the item/s, you will need:

  • RAM Mount UK Order ID number from the original shipment (found on original shipped package documentation)
  • Names of specific parts and quantities being returned
  • The product being returned (with all original components, hardware and packaging included)

Please include in the return package either the despatch note or invoice from the original order (or a short cover note if neither are available) with a note confirming the name, order number, included products and reason for return.

PLEASE NOTE: THE COMPLETE PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED FOR US TO PROCESS YOUR REFUND.
