To provide lightweight strength and corrosion resistance, RAM is made of marine grade Aluminium with a black powder coated finish, stainless steel hardware and 'rubber balls' - 'RAM' products are stiffer and stronger than their 'RAP' variants and typically used in more rugged applications.

Many of our 'RAM' products are available in a 'RAP' - composite variant. Our composite 'RAP' products are generally designed for lighter duty applications where keeping the weight of the mount low is a priority.

The RAM® Mounts vehicle dock with GDS® Technology™ is a dual spring loaded, quick release cradle with a keyed lock that offers a secure fit with easy access to the mounted tablet. This docking station is compatible with the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active2 with IntelliSkin® and includes a USB Type-C bottom up (no additional cable included). The integrated GDS® Technology™ platform enables data and charging capabilities to the mounted tablet. Without the need to remove the IntelliSkin from the device, the user can quickly and efficiently mount the device in the vehicle dock and keep the device charged. Always Protected. Always Connected.®
