To provide lightweight strength and corrosion resistance, RAM is made of marine grade Aluminium with a black powder coated finish, stainless steel hardware and 'rubber balls' - 'RAM' products are stiffer and stronger than their 'RAP' variants and typically used in more rugged applications.

Many of our 'RAM' products are available in a 'RAP' - composite variant. Our composite 'RAP' products are generally designed for lighter duty applications where keeping the weight of the mount low is a priority.

The RAP-B-104-UN9-ALA1-KRU consists of a 2" x 2.5" rectangle base, short length double socket arm, extended retention knob and universal X-Grip® clamping cradle for 9"-11" tablets. The mount is designed with a RAM 1" diameter patented rubber ball and socket system that has adjustment points at both ends of the double socket arm; allowing for almost infinite adjustment and perfect viewing angles. The X-Grip® clamping cradle consists of a composite spring loaded cradle, expandable grip arms and additional bottom support keeper. Included are extra easy access grip knobs, located on the back of the cradle for quick release of your tablet. The X-Grip® clamping cradle expands and contracts for perfect fit of most 9"-11" tablets with or without sleeves, as well as some smaller tablets. Please verify dimensions of your tablet below for compatibility with the X-Grip®.
