To provide lightweight strength and corrosion resistance, RAM is made of marine grade Aluminium with a black powder coated finish, stainless steel hardware and 'rubber balls' - 'RAM' products are stiffer and stronger than their 'RAP' variants and typically used in more rugged applications.

The RAM® No-Drill™ Laptop Mount for '12-26 Ram 2500 + More (RAM-VB-178A-SW3) installs quickly and easily to the passenger seat rails using the existing vehicle hardware. This laptop mounting kit is telescoping, allowing users to adjust the height range from 12” to 18”. Dual swing arms provide articulation and 12” of reach for passenger and driver access to the mounted device. RAM® rubber ball and socket technology provides additional adjustability as well as shock and vibration isolation. The spring-loaded RAM® Tough-Tray™ III laptop holder accommodates 10" to 17" laptops (measured diagonally). The tray features four adjustable retaining arms with grips that can be moved both vertically and horizontally. These arms allow for a custom fit for laptops of varying thickness while not blocking drives or ports. Upgrade your mounting kit with compatible accessories that are not included, such as the RAM® Adjustable Screen Support and RAM® Power Caddy. Integrated 2-hole AMPS mounting locations around the tray perimeter allow for easy attachment of accessories such as printers, handheld devices, or scanners.
