National Products Inc. Warranty
The Warranty covers products and parts against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product or part and applies to the mount or its components only.
The mounted device is not covered under the Warranty and will not be replaced, repaired or serviced if damaged as a result of a mount failure.
This warranty does not cover any product or part that has been abused, worn out, modified, used for a purpose other than that for which it was intended or used in a manner inconsistent with any instructions regarding it's use.
There is no upgrade on products, only replacement of defective components.
Please note that the Warranty does not cover any electronic components integrated in the RAM mounting system. All IntelliSkin™ products are covered by a 3 year warranty to be free of manufacturer’s defects from the date of purchase. Additionally, certain materials and components are considered general wear items and are not covered under the lifetime warranty. Wear items consist of, but are not limited to, suction cups, foam pads, rubber feet, etc..

How to make a Warranty claim:
Using our contact form, send an email to Warranty Claims explaining the problem. As long as your claim is covered by the warranty terms above we will despatch a new part to you by following these simple steps:
Return the defective parts by post and include any part numbers you can see, usually beginning with RMR or RPR.
Include with the defective parts your full name, delivery address and a daytime phone number so that we can contact you as there will be a small return postage charge.
Please note: All products returned under the Warranty are inspected for misuse and will be returned immediately at the customers cost if they clearly do not to comply with the warranty conditions above.
