To build a complete mounting solution for this holder you will require an AMPS base which screws into the underside of the holder, a socket arm and a surface base (clamp, suction, screw etc.). All these components can be found in the Compatible Parts list above using the C Series 1.5" diameter ball and socket system. * For maximum rigidity we recommend and list the C Series 1.5" diameter ball & socket system for use with this product. The smaller 1" diameter B Series ball & socket system may also be used and the most appropriate system will ultimately depend upon the application giving due consideration to weight, vibration etc.
